It is good if you don't want any flavor.

I’ve bought this three times now, it’s just delicious. Simple ingredients, mixes very well, decently priced within its competitor set. Not filled to the brim with sweetener mixes, gums, or other ingredients that seem perplexing. Would I like 10 more grams of protein per serving, sure, but your body doesn’t really do well in digesting and utilizing much more than the amount in this single serving post workout. Hope the product continues production :)

Healthy protein that everyone needs

I have ordered my second tub of Ancient Nutrition. I like it. I am not a fan of chocolate, so I have only tried the vanilla bean. It only has 2g of sugar, still a little sweet for me, but nowhere near as sweet as others I have had in the past. I mix Ancient Nutrition Whey Protein powder into my morning smoothie with other unsweetened ingredients that take some of that sweetness away. I highly recommend Ancient Nutrition Whey Protein powder.

Was so looking forward to trying this new (to me) whey protein. I’m not a big breakfast eater so I have always put my protein in my morning tea however this product did not dissolve. It left chunks of powder in my tea. Even used one of those handheld mixers and it still didn’t dissolve. I couldn't even drink it. Had to toss it. Was dissappointed. There is nothing that indicates not to use with hot drinks. That was disappointing.
