Hard to control and wastes a lot of fuel
In my opinion this model must have a front door or shutter, it generates a lot of heat which unfortunately get wasted because it doesn’t have a door, this means it consume a lot of gas to heat up, another problem is when power is reduced during cooking the oven loses temperature very rapidly. If ooni improves the heat escaping this model will be perfect.
