I m not able to find blade in it by moving the clip , how can I get the blade ?

There is a screw located on the side of the blade body. After unscrewing it the body will open to reveal blades kept inside its belly. Take one of the blade and fix it so that it engages the slide button and then screw back the body halves. It is easy and works well.

Can it cut 4mm plywood?

It will cut for a short length, but you will have to press hard.

Can we cut meat with this?

Nopes. These are not meant for meat cutting
