Compelling and reflective reading
Book arrived today set out to have just a quick read of introduction. I couldn't stop reading. So easy to read and loaded with personal events and how the let them worked and came about. Really found the explanation on of the 54321 theory which started her off on her journey. Has really found it it informative and helped me understand and identify some of my own self sabotage behaviours and I've only just got to let them let me chapter. All I can say is Thankyou can't wait to get back to the book.

Excellent. She manages to convey deep psychology in a very clear way and unlike so many self-help books, she gives a very simple tool that can change you instantly without relying on anyone or anything else.

Brilliant must read book
Brilliant book could not put this down. Everything makes sense and makes you look at life differently ! I can not wait to put this know practice . Mel has the ability to give you the confidence to change and look at things differently though her brilliant writingThis book great for.payroll who feel.stuck or want to change their outlook on life

Good theory but sometimes gets repetitive
The boom is good, won’t say it’s life transforming but certainly enlightening to some extent. A liberating theory, just that the writer can be a bit redundant within a chapter, repetitively using parallelism. Just skip through those but still finish the book, as each chapter is informative on its own and they don’t repeat each other.

It's linked with real psychology uncommon sense approach to human social issues. A book that will help everyone at any stage of their life.

Such a great book, a must for everyone
Such a great book and just love Mel Robbins! Have read & heard so many clips, I wanted to read the whole thing and am not disappointed. Thought provoking and yet easy reading, Mel writes in a way you just want to keep reading. A must for everyone’s book collection.

Four Simple Words That Are Life-changing - “Let Them” “Let Me”
I have read a multitude of self help books and theories over the years but Mel Robbins’ “The Let Them Theory” is the best one ever, truly outstanding and life changing. It’s so simple, yet so incredibly powerful that when you implement ‘let them’ and then ‘let me’, you will feel a very positive shift internally immediately and it keeps getting better and better. For me it was an instant relief and it has helped eradicate:- Constantly worrying about what others think- Perfectionism which has been incredibly detrimental- Getting in my own way of making positive changes- Wasting time and energy on things I cannot change- Sitting around ruminating about the past and negative thoughts about ‘what might or might not happen’- Inviting people to treat me like a doormat- Negative self talk about who I am, where I am in life- Negative comparison to other peopleI 100% recommend this book! It will change your life for the better if you put it into practice and it’s very simple to do!

Let them will change your life
I have listened to this on audio book twice and bought it for a family member as the hardback book.Amazing content and if you know Mel's work then you know you won't be disappointed but this book. If you don't I highly recommend reading it.
