Nice looking clock in a traditional style. It was bought for my mother in law who is moderately deaf and cannot hear the beeping of the more modern alarm clocks. This was one of many alarm clocks that were advertised as 'loud' on Amazon. The knobs on the back of the clock are easy to turn to set time and alarm time and there is an up/down switch to turn the alarm on and off. (some of the clocks seemed to have the knobs in an indent at the back of the clock, the ones on this clock are not so seemed to be an easier option for an elderly person with arthritis. She was very pleased with it and can certainly hear the alarm

I was having trouble sleeping but would eventually fall asleep at about 5am then over sleep! My phone alarm, Radio alarm was not waking me up. This clock is amazing and so loud and needs to be switch off manually. I think I am waking up now anticipating is going to go off. This clock will wake you!!

A nice clock that will certainly do what it says on the tin & is silent in operation with no annoying tick. However, the button that is supposed to illuminate the face of the clock when pressed is so faint as to be barely visible at all but the Arabic-style numerals are very clear to see in any lighting situation. I have given just two stars for brightness because of that & given my Overall rating of four stars because if the face is supposed to illuminate it should do so.

Bought for my daughter who struggles to get up in the morning. She previously had a digital clock that bleeped away for ages before she woke and turned it off, going straight back to sleep. This alarm is a traditional clock face with easy to read numbers and most importantly a loud bell alarm. It wakes the entire household and most likely the adjacent house too! Forcing my daughter up and out of bed, to get ready for school without going back to sleep. It is hard to set an exact time for the alarm, but little adjustments can be made.

I brought this clock for my dad as he wakes up early for work. The clock has a loud alarm which an electronic click cannot match but also does not have the annoying tick tock that an analogue click has which can affect you when you sleep. Highly recommended, my dad loves it. Very easy to use, also has a night light.

Very loud and does the job but the alarm broke in no time on two purchased.

Nice looking clock, with loud and very traditional sounding alarm. It seemed perfect for me, especially with the back light. It seems to keep good time so far, easy to change the time and I like the second hand. Functional but nice to look at in the copper/bronze colour. However, it was only silent for about a day, then an annoying, faint, whirring ‘tick’ started. Very faint but at night, loud enough to be really irritating! After trying various places in the bedroom to minimise the sound, I had to put it in a drawer in the end, so I could sleep. Not good! It was cheap so I won’t return it, but I need to find something else for the bedroom unfortunately.

Ich habe mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, weil ich die Optik-nostalgisch- toll fand. Der Wecker hat ein großes, gut lesbares flourozirendes Ziffernblatt. Man muss eine Batterie einlegen, Zeit manuell einstellen, Weckzeit manuell grob einstellen und auf On den Schalter stellen. Das Weckklingeln ist laut und gut hörbar. Top!!! Bisher gibt's nichts zu bemängeln. Tolles Preus- Leistungsverhältnis

Ho comprato questo orologio perchè mi ricordava quello che aveva mia nonna a casa sua. Devo dire che mi ha colpito molto il "drin" generato dal martelletto che batte sulle due campanelle poste sopra alla sveglia! Carina anche l'idea di mettere la lampada interna, che si accende prendo un pulsante sul retro (non fa molta luce, ma la preferisco così in quanto di notte, se devo vedere l'ora, non mi acceco). Batterie non incluse nella confezione (Tipo "AA" - Stilo). Le istruzioni sono riportate nella confezione con la quale arriva

Impeccable pour moi qui peut laisser sonner 10 fois mon téléphone pour me réveiller celui-ci je le pose plus loin il ne fait pas de bruit par contre quand il sonne il fait son taf et ça m'oblige à me lever lol
