I haven’t had these out in the woods yet, but am actively packing to head into the woods. I’m really impressed with the unique 3 straps that go around the diameter of the bags in addition to the typical 2 straps that run the length of them. There is a handle built into one of the long straps, a nice drawstring with cord lock to keep everything in the bags. They are lightweight, but my first impression is that they are sturdy enough to last me for a few years. I had no issues with re to compressing the bags after I got them packed, the straps slid easily when I pulled them, but remained snug after I stopped compressing them. They are big enough around to fit items into the bags easily. I don’t think I will say they are waterproof, but I don’t feel they will shed rain for a little while before the contents get damp. Much like the rip stop material in a low cost school backpack. The ones I’ve packed fit into the baskets on my e-bike snug, but easily after I compress the bags. I’m optimistic that they will function well for me on my upcoming trip into the woods. The pic I’ve included shows 2 red bags fitting perfectly in my rear e-bike basket. The bag on the right contains my tent fly, tent, and footprint. The blue bag I tucked under the straps before I cinched them down contains my tent poles and stakes. The bag on the left contains a Kellie biggie blanket (a puffy type blanket big enough for 2 people, and a Keltie bestie blanket also a puffy style blanket but sized for one adult. I also put the bags for each blanket, and a sleeping bag liner I made from a full sized sheet. The dimensions of my basket is about 22” x 18” and both compression bags fit perfectly snug enough not to bounce out, but not so snug to risk damage. I’m glad I purchased 2 sets of these bags, and might get a 3rd set but of the set with the larger bags than the 2 sets I already bought are. Unless they self destruct while I’m in the woods, I likely won’t update this, but at this point I don’t foresee any critical failures with these bags.

The variation of sizes are ok but the openings are the same on each size so it was a hassle to get bigger items inside the bigger sacks. 2 of the bags ripped after one use. Poor quality.

These are absolute garbage. Stitched seams ripped first use while trying to out 23L into the 35L sack. Cheap material and poor construction.

Ordered in army green color. Function is great with 2 way compression and I was able to reclaim a substantial amount of space in my 75l pack- replacing the manufacturers one way compression sacks on a handful of different items. The extra straps do make them heavier than standard compression sacks- but not enough to be concerned with unless ultralight packing. Color not being as advertised is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Great item.

Works but super fragile, broke several of them.

I think these are a great value. They have reallyhelped me get control of my over abundance of camping gear.
