Good product
Very nice product.Not that heavy.Easy to use.I bought it for my mother.All the new technology might be confusing.Training video is available online.But still if demo was available it would have been easier.

Good one.serice super,missing item received
Very good one. When i received the machine, peco foot was missing . Immedeitly called to toll free number and with the help of their local mechanic i got it. When i called their local mechanic Mr.Bindu Raj,he agrred for a demo and showed me in detail. Very good service given to me.I had the old fashion manual fashionmaker, which was supplied withthe attachments along with machine,like,embroidery disc,twin needle, hemming foot ,strightstich foot etc free. Anyway I am satisfied with the short supply.
