Excellent product, low noise, nice performance

Overall, the purchase experience with Amazon, the seller, and the product itself has been good. The product functions as expected and meets expectations. Capacity and Features are good. However, the service provided by Butterfly is not satisfactory. There are significant delays in receiving accessories from the service center. It is understandable that customers must bear the cost of replacement parts for damages caused by them. However, additional service charges are applied for delivery, while pickup from the service center is free. These delivery charges were not communicated at the time of placing the order and were only informed to the customer during delivery, which is not acceptable..

Boought it for 4000 INR and works well and happy to make dosa

I thought this product might be small and light but no it is very heavy and quite large. It is not possible to batter in small quantity, but a little more batter in it can be beneficial. Also it takes time to clean and there is a fear of dislodgement of the stone so it needs to be cleaned carefully and if these can be removed then the product is good. Made of very high quality plastic and the stones are good.

Worst product. Did not work properly from beginning. Seems that refurbished product was supplied.

If you come to center point middle to run So Grinder, it will be very shake. It's not very good quality, if you come and see it, the stone comes out to run the grinder, it's very poor quality, it's not good at all.
