I purchased this mixer grinder on August 6, 2025. Unfortunately, it started giving me issues right from the beginning. Even if I fill the jar halfway, the machine turns off automatically. It only works without turning off if I put a very small amount at the bottom. Additionally, while operating, there is a strong burning smell coming from inside, and it makes an abnormally loud noise. from 2026 September, it has completely stopped working and won't turn on at all. Very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it.

Mixer grinder is working properly. But the juicer received with the grinder is useless as it doesn't not fit the grinder. All other jars fit properly. But juicer bottle fixing part diameter is more than the grinder part so that it doesn't fit. So juicer is useless. Didn't return the product as mixer grinder is bit urgent for my house hold works .

The Butterfly Smart 750W Mixer Grinder is a very good product with excellent build quality. The jars are sturdy and well-made. The noise level is just right—not too loud and not completely silent. It grinds spices very well and does an excellent job making chutneys. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance and quality. Definitely a good mixer grinder for everyday use.

Good product worth

Used it for 8 years without any issue

QUALITY NOT GOOD,THE PLASTIC PART OF MIXER QUALITY LESS.EXPECT JUICER JAR REMAINING ALL JARS ARE FINE.

Working Good

Product is amazing

البضاعة مناسبه.. لم يعجبني البائع المنتج وصل ناقص 🤔

Normal grinding is ok but if you are looking for juicer as main requirement, this is not recommended product. Simply waste of purchasing (juicer jar).
