The mailbox is made very well and it was easy to install. It is perfect for most packages I order from Amazon. Gives me peace of mind knowing my packages are secure from porch pirates! Highly recommended!

I've had this for about six months. It is hung on a fence facing a busy street where it is fully exposed to rain and snow, but it is still fully operational with no rust or squeaks and the number dials still turn easily. It's big enough for prescriptions and small soft packages.

I literally cannot say one positive thing about this product. The metal is so thin I can easily open the door just by pulling it when it is locked. The bolts that came with it or a complete joke! I could literally rip this out of the ground with the bolts they provided. The bracket that is supposed to be the antitheft guard is almost impossible to install. This product needs to have a complete overhaul

Item is a great size for locating on a narrow porch. Would have preferred a key lock but combination seems robust. A quality control issue prevented a 5 star rating. Inside the top lid is a tray that hinges to provide a security barrier against someone reaching into the box from the top. The tray is attached by rivets to 2 internal hinges. Mine were not fully attached. 2 rivets were missing and not in the box or shipping container. Easy enough to install 2 rivets but quality control or attention to detail should have caught this at the factory. See photo.

This is perfect for my small business. Im not always around to get FedEx and ups packages. This box is great becuase it allows multiple drops. Most boxes get a package and lock shut, so if you need multiple drop offs, this is a great choice! This is much better than having them left at the door. it came with concrete anchor bolts, but I got some redheads from homedepot and its very sturdy anchored to the concrete.

Installing was easy once you have the right tools. Size measurements are accurate. Had to put a sign on edge of lid because some delivery persons would just leave it on top or under the mailbox. LoL. Able to receive 3 bulk size packages without “crushed” or stuck items.

Let the buyer beware. The box was smaller than i anticipated and slot is very narrow. Even the amason driver struggled to insert small boxes and flat envelope style packaged. I elected to return this item and they evaluated my return for more than 8 days before issuing a refund. The item seems sturdy and no assembly needed and that was the only reason it got a 2 star rating.

I bought the VEVOR package delivery box recently, and overall the build quality is solid and it looks sturdy once installed. However, I had an issue with the top part not closing properly, which is disappointing because it affects the security and weather protection. I checked the installation and followed the instructions carefully, but the alignment still seems slightly off or the lid mechanism doesn’t fully seal. It feels like either a design flaw or a quality control issue with my unit. Aside from that, the box itself is heavy-duty and spacious, and it seems like it would work well if everything fit correctly. I just wish the top closure mechanism was more reliable. I may need to contact customer service or request a replacement part.

Perfect for medium large, and small parcels. Ready assembled, except for inner tray, which is easy to install, and attachment of top to bottom box. Front opening means it can go right up against a wall, and it’s easy to place parcels in the drop down tray. The bottom box gives plenty of space for delivery of many parcels. Overall the box is very well made, of good proportions, and seems totally waterproof, which makes it worth the price. Hopefully it will last many many years.
