The phone is not working properly. Ost of the time is showes (emergency call only) And if you speak on the phone you cam barely understand what they saying on the other side. I wish I refund it

It has many features and it’s quite useful it has an amazing structure and amazing touchpads.

My phone came without UPI app in it, it is just a normal feature phone and not as advertised as UPI phone.

The phone i received has no UPI application installed.

The button is not working properly. I already informed the customer service representative, but they asked me to visit a Nokia Support Center. The nearest Nokia Support Center is more than 70 km from my hometown. I ordered this item only yesterday, but now I'm being told that it cannot be replaced or returned due to Amazon's policy. The customer service team is not understanding the customer's situation. My father is a very elderly man—how can he travel more than 70 km just to resolve this issue? I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the very poor customer support. This will be the last time I order from Amazon.
