Ok taste for “extra strong” or concentrate, but closer to other brand’s normal, not as strong as other brands, and poor customer service to boot. Lower caffeine than other brand’s, as well.

This coffee is the best coffee I have ever tasted. But several times I've received a box that was beat up on the truck or the factory where it was made had a faulty lid on the product. I then proceeded to pour my coffee and it poured out all over the counter this happened to me about three times. I wish I could get my money back on at least one of them but I reached out to the company and that it was confusing because I had to talk to a robot. So I just gave up but I will continue to buy this coffee unless they keep messing up the lids on me one time I got a box that had a hole in it so I know some of this is because the trucks throw the package around and damage it. But I'm just want somebody to help me with this no put a new lid on it or something some kind of of insurance so that my boxes of coffee aren't torn up when I get them.

Perfectly delicious.. definitely a quality brew.. very smooth and rewarding . Simple to prepare.. well packaged.. . a delight to wake up to every morning.. I will continue to buy this brand
