Worked pretty good for my first try at cutting foam. My only gripe would be the top layer has come loose in spots but a little 3m super 77 got it secured. This was pretty easy to cut and easy to tear out. I got this as it's a bit cheaper than the kaisen foam and for a novice I wasn't wanting to spend a lot on something I could potentially mess up. I do recommend getting the kaizen fast cap tool kit though as it was a huge help in the right direction. I made holders for my drum mics, laptop, in ear monitor receivers and in ear monitors, to put into my in ear monitor rig drawer. Turned out decent, I need to refine my cutting a bit but it looks great and functions as it should. The laptop sits on top of the receivers when stored, I also cut channels into the bottom of the laptop foam to sit on top of the rack case without worrying about it slipping off. Great product if you're looking for something way better and easier to work with than pluck foam. 100% recommend this stuff. Now I can haul all my in ear stuff in one case making less trips during load in and load out and also makes it a lot faster to pack up.

Used this with a Harbor Freight Apache 3800 case to protect a Ryobi 18V drill set. The set included a drill, impact driver, 2 batteries, and a charger. I was able to get all of that plus two smallish Dewalt drill/driver bit cases to fit perfectly. The multilayer design and the foam density were great. I also really like the color combo which looks awesome if you have a sharp knife and some patience (me not so much 🙄). I used 2 of three pieces so I have one spare for another project. It’s a bit pricy but is still a good value imo. Aesthetics and functionality are spot on and I will use it again the next time I have a need.

I've ordered this item twice now and am very pleased with it's quality and ease of use. Basically it cuts and peels/seperates easily so what everitem shape you've cut in fits snugly. You can also seperate the 2" thick foam in half giving you 2 pieces for smaller depth draws. Price is also less than some other brands. The only thing I wish is there were more color options available.

I got the foam today and I started right away making a new insert for my digital tools. From lack of experience I messed the first order of foam (Kaizen-style) but not this brand. I went with this brand based on all the positive reviews. In fact, I'm happy with the Onreva foam. It cuts very easy with a #60 scalpel blade but removing the layers cleanly isn't any better than the other brand I bought. I don't know if this is because I'm using a blade and not a hot knife. However I have ordered a hot knife and it will be here tomorrow. After I use the hot knife, I will update my review and tell if it makes a difference in any way other than cosmetics.

These are great! They cut very easily and peel away in layers to get the right fit for whatever you're storing. I purchased some tool boxes that went on sale and didnt want the tools bouncing around inside. Got these foam inserts, cut them to fit the boxes and then outlined the tools and cut out to fit and protect them. Works great.

I truly like these and they are very functional. I just wish I had a hot knife that cuts through this type of material for a cleaner curve/shaped and contoured line but mthat is mor of my ocd. It cuts clean on straight edges. Good quality and I will get again.

This is my first time dealing with foam and I made some mistakes. First, I bought foam too thick for my final box depth and had to remove the black layer from one side. Not easily done without proper tools. Second, I thought the colored red foam underneath would be attractive, but the red under layer really showed the cutting mistakes I made. I probably would have done better with proper tools - a longer cutting blade, smoothing tools to clean up where the foam layers didn’t detach cleanly, etc. I probably won’t buy this type foam again unless I can use thinner thicknesses. I will likely try the pick and pack style next.

It is much harder to separate layers than it the videos. Don’t know if I was just unlucky with the batch that mine was from but really battled
