Google Pixel 9 Pro XL Case - Android Phone Case - Durable Protection - Stain-Resistant Silicone - Slim Design - Obsidian

It's very basic but that is the point for me. It covers my phone, provides decent protection and doesn't interfere with my screen protector. I love the way it feels, kind of a soft rubbery texture but is smooth to the touch and feels premium. That smoothness may turn off some folks that like their cases rugged and grippy. It fits the phone precisely and adds almost no bulk to the overall weight of the phone. I love the design and the Google symbol on the back that feels metallic. The buttons for power and volume are metallic as well and feel really satisfying to click. They aren't overly clicky, which I like. The black color matches the onyx black of the phone and the cutouts for usb-c and speaker/microphone are aligned and accurate. Wireless charging works normally with it on. I'm considering getting the pearl white version also for color options as the case is super easy to take on and off. Rest assured it stays on until you want it to come off. My only complaint, which is just personal preference, is that it included magsafe compatibility but I assume adding a magnet ring would likely cause the case to look and feel a little bit more bulky. Google likely just wanted to offer something that had more aesthetic appeal over extra bells and whistles but I'm ok with that. All in all, terrific case that is made for and pairs perfectly with the phone.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it would be the rubbery silicone type of case, but it wasn't. I'm not disappointed though. It's nice and slim and fits the phone perfectly. It's soft to the touch and does not add any bulk to the phone.

This case is the nicest feeling case to the touch that I've ever had on any phone ever. That alone earns it all the stars. However, there's one massive issue that won't affect most people, just some like me, and a couple other issues worth mentioning.The texture doesn't allow me to use my magnet mounts where you stick a metal plate on the case with adhesive so you can mount it in the car easily. I've tried everything short of contact cement, which will be my last attempt before giving up and using another case. That's a deal breaker for me, a non-issue for most people.Another issue is the bump-out on the back for the camera bar (which is the only thing I truly hate about Google phones) is not adequitely bulstered around. If you lay the phone down on a scratchy surface it can touch the cameras, especially if you put a glass protector on them, then it WILL touch. On previous models they made the case a bit more proud around the camera bar and that was enough to protect it.The last issue goes back to the texture. While it feels great in the hand, it doesn't grip well with a phone mount and I've had the phone smash me in the face several times laying in bed. Again, that's partially a fault of the phone design because the camera bar won't let the phone sit fully into the mount, but my Pixel 7 pro had the same issue, and that phone case did not slip out like this.All said, if the issues I had aren't issues that apply to you, it's such a nice case in the hand and the pocket I really want to love it. It's just not perfect for my needs.

Perfect for my phone

These cases look. Feel, and fit great. But unfortunately they do not hold up very well. I've had my phone less than 6 months and I've already had two of them. Just with regular use, they end up with nicks out of the edges around the screen. Don't waste your money, there are cheaper and better quality cases out there.

Easy to get case on and it fits the phone perfect. I have dropped my phone a couple of times and no damage.

This is a quality case with a buttery smooth feel. It fits nicely and protects your phone. I got this one as a gift for someone who wanted to replace theirs after they had damaged the original one. It's a quality product! It comes in various colors. All buttons are easily accessible, your camera is easily accessible, and the phone is fully protected in case you drop it. Has a nice feel to it; It's soft but not slippery.
