we gave up on the cheap costco fans for $40.. this is the second Revo we bought.. work great quiet love the wifi love the fact you can set it up on various timers easy set up works great in a large bedroom

Superb and worth the money. Took a couple of minutes to set up and my room went from 34 to 32 in around 15 minutes which is more than most fans could do as it's just pushing ambient air around. And this fan really pushes air and does it quietly even on max speed. Yes it's not silent but this fan still complies to the laws of physics. All considering the airflow it's very quiet compared to cheaper fans. The app is good quality and easy to use and smart home integration is fantastically easy as well. Will reserve judgement on build quality over the longer term but it feels robust if of its not being battered about and knocked over I can't see any obvious issues with it. It's one of the best Amazon purchases I've made and almost makes this miserable heat survivable. I'm very glad I got it.

Es un excelente ventilador de torre, tiene hasta 4 velocidades suficientes para un estudio o una sala mediana. No es demasiado silencioso aún en modo noche, para los que lo quieran para usarlo en las noches. Yo estoy acostumbrado al ruido blanco, así que no tengo problemas. En general, para los calores que han hecho estos días que no han sido tan intensos, la velocidad 2 me ha servido para mi estudio de 4x4, sin ningún problema. Eso si, no lo pongo a girar, solo lo apunto a mi, desde una esquina y listo. Tiene el plus que es compatible con Alexa o Google Home, yo lo tengo configurado con Alexa y funciona muy bien. -Aunque tiene su propio control remoto, al ser compatible con Alexa, fundamentalmente lo uso con comandos de voz. -También puedes programar el tiempo de apagado. -Cuenta con un modo automático que cambia la velocidad, de acuerdo a la temperatura ambiente -La temperatura en Celsius o Fahrenheit es configurable a través de su app. -El diseño tipo torre es estético y funcional, la construcción y lo materiales a pesar de ser de plástico son de buena calidad. Llevo un par de semanas de uso, si hay novedades, actualizaré mi reseña. **Actualización 24 de mayo, luego de dos semanas de uso:** Ya con la ola de calor en pleno en la CDMX con temperaturas de hasta 34 o 35 grados centigrados, apenas la velocidad 4 alcanza a refrescar. Aún así lo sigo recomendando. Yo no lo uso oscilante, lo apunto directo a mi lugar, a una distancia de un metro y medio aproximadamente de mi lugar y si que ayuda mucho. Si lo pones a oscilar, los segundos que tarda en aventarte el aire a ti, se hace eterno. PD Como nota adicional, la configuración de temperatura no es tan precisa, no sé de donde esté obteniendo ese dato, por que el widget del clima del celular, me da una temperatura diferente. Así que supongo que trae termostato integrado, el cual da una temperatura que en ocasiones llega a variar hasta por 6 grados (sobre todo en días muy calurosos), el problema, es que la app Dreo, solo permite ajustar 4 grados, ya sea hacia arrriba o hacia abajo y esto es un inconveniente cuando lo usas en modo automático, ya que la velocidad se va ajustando de acuerdo a la temperatura ambiente. Esto se podría solucionar con una actualización de firmware, supongo.

Summer hit the world with fury this year, didn't it? I had a few weeks considering buying a tower fan as they are easier to handle and clean than the old models. I got this Dreo unit after researching a bunch of comparisons. I like the overall aesthetics of the fan, the app is useful and fast, it connected to my wifi easily, and has been working flawlessly for over a month now. I hoped it was stronger than the top level of power, as I intended to use it on a corner of my studio (about 3.5 meters from my desk. It certainly works well but I had to relocate it to a closer spot in order to feel a difference over an old circular fan that is definitely more powerful. But then again, it IS great, it's just that I am comparing it to a bigger beast. Clean-wise, this thing is a breeze. It is super easy to get inside with an air blower and have it cleaned up (I did an initial cleaning routine to familiarize myself with the process, not that it got dirty that soon). Noise at top power level is noticeable, but not distracting while working alone. You surely won't want to go online on a Zoom call with it at top speed but the noise at speed 3 is much lower, so you can do Zoom that way. I might buy a second one to create a vortex of circulating air behind my back.
