I love these silicone pans. I have used the muffin pan twice and it is GREAT! I love how non-stick they are, making removal and clean up a snap. Of course they are a little unstable as they have less structure (having less “bones”). It would always be better to include a cookie sheet to sit the pans on so there is less chance for a mishap going into and out of the oven. Another word of recommendation is that the new user put these in a 350F oven for one hour before using them the first time. This allows them to offgas and get rid of any residual odour before using them in your cooking. This process only needs to be done the one time. I highly recommend purchasing these pans. They are very cost effective and a great addition to a well stocked kitchen.

I received damaged product

I am very new to using silicone bakeware. These pans are my first silicone purchase. I’ve learned that I needed to adjust baking time considerably. I have found that at the end of regular cooking time, the middle cupcakes or mini loaves are still uncooked in the middle even though the outside ones are completely done. I’ve had to increase cooking time to almost 10 minutes to get the centre ones baked through. However my outside ones got almost too browned, but they didn’t burn. Perhaps this is normal with silicone? I think moving forward I’ll try to increase the temp slightly too to hopefully lower the extended bake time. Clean up is a breeze and the pan cools extremely quickly. Overall I like them, I just need to figure out the cooking adjustments.
