This is the second time ordering this. I love the taste and the ease of taking it, i have it in a small glass of water before bed. Works great with helping keep my blood sugar down.

This Product has been a good one for me, It has helped in all the areas mentioned by others. Weight loss its slow but it does help. I have lost 25 Pounds. I have been taking it for 3 months - My A1C has gone from 6.9 to 6.3 and the my fasting Glucose has gone down steadily. at the beginning it was averaging 160 and now its around 125. I will continue using and would recommend it to my friends. Mt Energy levels are up but that is hard to measure.

This berberine tastes good and it works. I've noticed that my cravings for sweets dropped dramatically. I don't feel the need to eat as much or not at all. My blood pressure has stabilized and I'm actually losing weight. I didn't notice because it's not dramatic. My friends started asking me if I've lost weight and I said I don't think so. Went to Dr's and found out I lost a total of 17 lbs so far since Oct. My Dr is pleased by the slow weight loss as he says it will stay off better and no great plateaus. He had asked if he had given me GLP1 and I said no. He says that means it is my efforts.

I have bought several vials and used this product for about 9 months now and have seen good results. This seems to be sold by different distributors, so be careful you get the legit one. I notice some have GLUCO GONE (the original bottles I got) and now I am seeing some with the name changed to GLUCO TONE (Tone, instead of Gone). I add 2ml with water in the morning and 2ml under my tongue at night. The tingling in my feet has stopped and my fasting glucose in the morning has levelled off. My HBA1C has dropped 1 % so far. I will continue using it. I love the berry taste, it does not upset my stomach and is very easy to take.

I believe this product is a great product. I also believe cutting carbs and walking or some form of exercise should be done as well as taking this supplement. Don't expect a miracle drug, or results in a month. Slow and steady wins the race. I would start with a half a dose for the first month. Some people have diarrhea or fatigue. I prefer to take my dose ar 4 pm with my last meal. I have lost 8lbs in 4 weeks. That is unheard of for me. I struggle to lose 2lbs a month, even with strict dieting and exercising. Insulin resistance is not a joke and neither is PCOS. It scares me when I read through the reviews people not understanding the difference between a liquid form and tablet form. Please don't try to take the same amount of liquid as you would in pill form. Please take the directed amount. Some people are confused. Pills have to go through your stomach and be broken down. Liquid is already broke down, it hits your blood stream way faster. A pill that is broken down and rowdy to be absorbed (and I am speaking on berberine) only about 1% will be used by your body that's why it's a higher dose that the liquid.

Bought the first bottle everything was great fast forward to the second bottle. Open it this morning to find out the dropper has no measurements on it had to put in measuring spoon and take unfortunately I had already thrown out the first bottle. Deducted stars bc of product inconsistency. As far as controlling hunger the first bottle did help with that hopefully the second bottle will do the same.

I have been taking for about a month. My energy level has increased. I have lost 10lbs but partly because I gave up pizza for Lent. I didn’t like the flavor at first but it’s easy to get used to. It’s a slightly bitter/sour berry flavor. Like a blueberry but sour. I feel better! Like, physically and mentally. I still have an appetite but I find myself not eating as much Junk food. I get my bloodwork done and of the month so I will update the review then; about 30 days from now. I have had zero negative side effects. I noticed many companies make a similar product but I think I trust this brand the most for quality control. I’ve taken it at different times during the day and it doesn’t change the results. Have decided to subscribe to this one.
