I bought this griddle insert to convert my weber Spirit II to a griddle and am totally pleased with the result. This insert is made of a thick, heavy, high quality carbon steel that, after removing the grill grates, fits absolutely perfectly into my grill. Although they fit under the insert, I have now also removed the middle. flavorizer bar so the grill heats up more evenly. You could use it on top of the grates but it fits exactly and heats quicker without them. I seasoned this insert similar to if it were cast iron, (light coating with oil and heat to 450 for 30 minutes), and it now does incredible job making smash burgers as well as steaks and vegetables. The cleanup slot works perfectly making cleanup quick and easy. When grill has cooled a bit I just put a little water on the grill and scrape off residual food with a stainless spatula. Then lightly again oil it again and let it sit until next use. The griddle arrived in one piece requiring to only attaching the handles with the 4 provided screws. This griddle insert has just been fun to use with no downside.

Works great for my Weber Genesis E330 (generation prior to 2015). Easy to attached the handles. It’s super heavy. I wish it came with a storage case like some other sellers but it fits perfectly into the grill once the grate is removed. It’s made of heavy duty metal with a non-stick coating so I only use plastic utensils. Definitely a nice compromise compared to the expensive Weber option.

I ordered a griddle insert for a Genesis EP-310. The griddle dimensions were supposed to be 25.8 X 19.5 inches. This is what the description said and it's exactly what my grill measures. What I received was 25.8 X 18.8 inches. As a result, it's not deep enough and doesn't hang on the back grill box ledge. This caused it to fall and slope down toward the back of the grill. I compensated by placing a steel bar under the griddle on the burner bars toward the back to provide support and create a level cook surface.My first cook was to make burgers. It's amazingly non-stick and held it's heat very well. Burgers had perfect browning. Cleanup was a breeze. Seller confirmed the non-stick coating does not contain PFAS or PFOA.This would have been a fantastic value at the $129 I paid if it fit my grill.

I have an old weber genesis E330. My exhausting search for a griddle insert led me to this perfect fit non stick griddle that transformed my grill into a blackstone grill.Super heavy and durable. The heat distribution is fantastic. Clean up is a breeze. Great value!

I’m happy with the product. Caution it is coated with a non stick surface. Fits well, cooks well, just have to use a plastic spatula. My metal spatulas are causing damage to the surface. 3 stars because they listed it as plane steel.

This is really heavy duty and works great. It's rate to 400 degrees, I forgot it one day grill was at 600 degrees with no warping.
