When I initially plugged it in to my Chromebook it immediately went into pairing mode, so I setup the 1st headset. It took about 10 seconds to find it and pair it. I pressed the button for 5 seconds and again it went into pairing mode and the 2nd headset was ready to go. Fired up a video and BAM!
