This item is super easy to set up and very easy to use. It’s very quiet and gives you an effective workout. I don’t enjoy treadmills because I don’t feel like I see results with toning up or feel muscles working, but with this you definitely feel it in your lower body and see a difference. The simple counter is really all you need. I’m very happy with this purchase..

Absolutely in love with this machine! SUPER easy to set up and use. You immediately feel the pressure in your thighs the moment you begin using it. I was sweating like if the sun was pissed off shining inside my room! 😮‍💨 It definitely gives you a nice workout. I would really recommend it. Worth the price and lightweight but not to the point where you feel you might fall. Unless you suffer from vertigo then I don’t recommend this machine. Only because it’s a bit high but it also depends on your height. My arms can literally touch the ceiling when I’m on it. I’m 5’6. If you’re a petite person don’t worry the handle bar can be adjusted to your height which is a HUGE plus for me. So far 9/10 only because it’s freshly new and I’m hoping there’s no damages with further use. Not noisy at all and the functionality is super smooth and at the same time sturdy. The steps where you lay your foot can also be adjusted to three levels. So the differences are as if you’re climbing stairs to suddenly hills depending on the adjustment you prefer. Definitely a calorie burner. Also really easy to fold and put away anywhere. It will fit pretty much any spot and won’t be on the way.

I really like this. I bought the folding option. It was easy to put together. It adjusts easily with what I call pegs. You can adjust the height of the handlebars and adjust the foot placements to work out different parts. It does not adjust with tension, but I think it works rather well for cardio. I have a sedentary job so I bought this to help me at home. I like the LCD, but I didn’t realize it cannot connect to the app. So I have to manually add it to an app if I want that logged. It is not heavy at all and folds up nicely. The only worry I have is if the cord that keeps the foot slides in place gets worn out. This wasn’t cheap, but not overly expensive rather.

This was easy and very quick to assemble. It has less resistance than I was expecting, but that's not a problem for me. I can still feel it working in my legs and my sides and stomach region. By adjusting your posture, you can either add more weight/pressure on your legs or less weight. The straighter you stand the more weight you add to your legs. It does a great job working my hip flexors, which is the main reason I bought it. The machine is very sturdy and stable. I am about 180 pounds. It saves a lot of space since it flattens out pretty well. You can even adjust the step pedals to lie flat. It's a very quick and easy adjustment. I have already recommended it to my family and friends. This is a great product! I'm glad I bought it.

It was easy to assemble and works as it should except that the step counter will not work. It powers on but will not track time or any steps when using the machine.

It works exactly as described, but I’d suggest asking yourself if you’ll actually use it regularly before buying. I got it after seeing it all over TikTok, but I haven’t used it much and kind of regret the purchase. It definitely gives you a good workout—I just prefer other types of exercise and don’t feel motivated to use this one. One thing I didn’t love is the pedal size. The footrests are short, so only the front half of your foot fits, and there’s no support for your heels. I still gave it 5 stars because it works well and does what it’s supposed to do—it just ended up not being the right fit for me.

This stair stepper is very efficient when used correctly, gives me a decent cardio and a decent glute pump after finding the correct form for this machine and my body. However, the steps are very small, and the tension isn’t the best so I used a 15 pound dumbbell to add more tension to my glutes. I used the machine for about 10 minutes without stopping and I felt like I needed to use it for longer. It is very light, I easily brought it up the stairs while it was put together. The only noise is the sound of the smooth gliding of the steps which isn’t loud at all.

Man this works soooo good ! It kicks my butt every time . I am 230 lbs and 5’5 . And it’s perfect for me . Just wear shoes are slippers while on it bc the pedals probably will bother your feet but this is deff worth the money !! Pair it with a sweat sweet belt and a sauna jacket and you will shred calories and weight with consistency!! Just be careful it will make your legs sore lol
