I generally don't have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings. I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session. The tea tastes bad, I'm not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I'm not a tea drinker). About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel. The rumbling and stirring. It was like something out of a horror movie. After suffering through these noises and stirrings for a few hours, it passed. And the next day, I lost a good 3kg.
