They taste a little salty as some reviewers have mentioned but not too bad at all. The strawberry flavor is mild but pleasant. I instantly feel better after drinking one of these in my water bottle. This Texas sun can deplete you very quickly so I keep these at hand.

This is my second time buying these electrolytes because, honestly, they’ve become my survival kit. They’re a total staple for long hikes. These keep me from turning into a dehydrated raisin halfway up the trail. And for hangover recovery? Let’s just say they’ve saved me from questioning all my life choices the next morning. They mix well, taste good, and somehow make me feel like a functioning human again. Definitely keeping these stocked because they work, they’re reliable, and they’ve bailed me out more than once.

It delivers the same core benefits in hydration, replenishment, and energy support as many of the top brands, but at a fraction of the cost. Mixes with cold water perfectly with no clumps! This mix is literally half to a third the price of better-known competitors, yet the ingredients are nearly identical. It contains essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium, along with key vitamins, all without any sugar or calories. It’s also vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly, which makes it an easy fit for a wide range of lifestyles. The taste is also great in my opinion, especially considering the price point. I’ve gone through multiple boxes at this point, and my household basically keeps these on repeat order because we go through them so often. The watermelon is our go to. We use these all the time especially in the summer when I’m working out or spending long days outside in the heat. They’re also a lifesaver if I’ve had a long night out and need something to help rehydrate and feel normal again the next day. Not a hangover cure but definitely helpful! Some premium brands might offer a slightly better flavor, but it’s honestly not even close to worth paying two or three times the price. This product performs just as well, tastes good, and keeps me hydrated without any added sugar or unnecessary ingredients. Overall, I absolutely love this brand and will continue to repurchase. I've tried some of the more well-known electrolyte packet brands, and these have been a great, much more affordable alternative. I was looking for a high-sodium, sugar-free option to help support hydration, and these have fit the bill nicely without the premium price tag. I like that they're sweetened with stevia and erythritol rather than sugar, and the individual packets are incredibly convenient. I keep a few in my work bag for everyday use and also bring them along on hikes or other outdoor activities when I know I'll need extra hydration support. As expected with a high-sodium electrolyte mix, these do taste fairly salty, but not in an unpleasant way. Most of the flavors were quite good, although a few had a slightly artificial aftertaste that reminded me a bit of flavored lip gloss. Even so, it wasn't strong enough to keep me from drinking them or purchasing them again. For anyone who needs additional hydration support, especially those managing conditions that can make staying hydrated more challenging, these are a budget-friendly option worth considering. Overall, I think they offer a great balance of ingredients, convenience, and value, and I'll likely continue to keep them on hand.

I have POTS and other medical issues which require me to stay well hydrated, I often am deficient in magnesium and potassium as well so I figured I’d give these a try. I am a huge fan! The flavor is great, it helps with my water intake, and I think it’s made a huge difference overall. The price point is amazing! I highly recommend you try them.

As a POTS girlie, and a generally sweaty gal this is a life saver. I work in a hot warehouse on my feet all day lifting heavy things and one of these makes me feel like I'm a person again when I get dehydrated. The Grapefruit flavor is prob my least fav of all the ones I've tried but these are less than half the cost of liquid IV and I think higher sodium, which is great for me. I usually do half a pack per 16.9 oz water bottle and that's the perfect blend. I hope these never disappear because I'm a lifelong customer now lol. I also have a slight allergy to silicone dioxide but fortunately am not affected by these, it's hit or miss with powdered things. 10/10 would recommend.

Some flavors are ok,man....the grapefruit and pineapple are raucous, smells almost like urine. Blueberry, strawberry and cherry are much better. I do feel refreshed when I drink it on hot days at work and working in my yard.

I really like the strawberry flavor. What drew me to this brand is that it has the same combo of potassium, sodium and magnesium as LMNT, which is known to many hikers as the best electrolyte powder. I have found this product is just as effective. I love the price which is what appealed to me, AND it's worthy to note that it has about 1/2 the serving as an LMNT packet (which technically has 2 servings per packet). That said... this brand is the perfect amount, and being that and Venture Pal is $16.99/30 count, vs. LMNT being $45/30 count, this is STILL the better deal for a great tasting and effective electrolyte.
