A very clever scanner that will do everything very fast and many other operations with the correct add on hardware, ie camera calibrations etc. The topology option reminds me a lot of ODIS and in my opinion it’s a great way to view all the modules being scanned in real time. It’s a very easy scanner to navigate and user friendly. This Launch does so much and I would definitely recommend this

Not a cheap device for sure, but considering it does EVERYTHING you would expect a high end diagnostic scanner to do, you really do get what you pay for. It even programs new keys for you And has the software to diagnose most modern cars using newer protocalls I doubt very much there is a better packed scanner on the market for the money, normally this kind of tech would cost well over £1500 And the fact I can now perfrom my own services and reset the annoying service reminders is a massive bonus So at £799 this is a bit of a bargain! Highly recommended for the professional and DIY mechanic too

Really clean and clear display. The Topology screen is particularly useful when carrying out the initial investigations. Reasonable array of functions presented well with good descriptive assistance attached. could have done with a slightly longer cable on the VCI Receiver so it could be placed on top of the dash instead of, mostly, on the floor. Unable to comment on battery life, etc, as it is all still new to me, but functionally, it beats most of my previous Analysers already. I don't think I'll regret purchasing it.

Good tech too many addons you have to pay for on the set up, should be included in the price, also struggles with older i.e 2006 connections to the ECU.

The launch was a very good professional tool as it allowed me to code in my bmw headlights. However when we tried with AUTEL it didn’t work and kept crashing. Very smooth and accurate system. Highly recommended

I bought this in 2024 and has done a great job until today in August 2025, the updates have been regular but today the updates must have caused a problem of freezing everything when doing a diagnostic check on my 2006 Range Rover. The only way to solve it was to do a factory reset, reinstall the software and log into the account to get it all up and working! That was the trouble I had forgotten my login details! Simple I thought just register again using the same email address oh how I was wrong! Launch require the serial numbers from the Tablet and the Vci then an activation number which I still have. The Vci is registered to my old account and would not let me register it to the new account, now for the bad bit. Launch are not answering my messages via thier support chat and requests for help from several other communication channels and thier website is a nightmare to navigate past mainly sales pages!!!! ☆☆☆Update☆☆☆ 24hrs later Launch got back to me and gave me my original sign in details. Live chat was none existent when I tried it all day! To be blunt backup is not great. It worked really well until this!

Desde el primer momento se nota que es un equipo pensado para un uso profesional. La tablet tiene buena calidad, funciona con bastante rapidez y la conexión con el vehículo es sencilla y rápida. Una de las cosas que más valoro es que venga con un **maletín rígido**. Parece un detalle sin demasiada importancia, pero cuando tienes que llevar la máquina de un sitio a otro se agradece mucho. Todo queda bien colocado y protegido y, además, incluye bastantes adaptadores para diferentes marcas y tipos de conectores. Esto viene muy bien cuando te encuentras con algún vehículo que no utiliza la conexión OBD habitual. En cuanto a las funciones, la verdad es que tiene prácticamente de todo. No se limita a leer y borrar códigos de avería, sino que permite acceder a diferentes centralitas, ver datos en tiempo real y hacer pruebas de actuadores, codificaciones, adaptaciones y distintos mantenimientos. También cuenta con bastantes funciones especiales que pueden resultar muy útiles en el día a día: **regeneración del filtro de partículas, purgado del ABS, calibración del ángulo de dirección, adaptación del acelerador, mantenimiento del freno de estacionamiento eléctrico, codificación de inyectores, reseteo de batería (BMS), aprendizaje del cuerpo de mariposa**, entre otras. En determinados modelos también permite realizar programación de llaves y otras operaciones específicas. Otro punto que me ha gustado es que sea compatible con **CAN FD y DoIP**, por lo que también está preparada para trabajar con vehículos más modernos. A la hora de utilizarla, resulta bastante cómoda. La interfaz Android es sencilla de entender y la tablet responde rápido, incluso cuando haces un diagnóstico completo. Además, el VCI se conecta por Bluetooth, así que puedes moverte alrededor del coche sin tener un cable conectado continuamente a la tablet. Para trabajar en el taller es algo que se agradece bastante. En general, mi experiencia con la **Launch X-431 Pro 3 ACE** ha sido muy buena. Me parece una máquina muy completa para alguien que busca algo más que un equipo básico de diagnosis. This was purchased to replace my 2019 version of the same scanner. After years of use I decided it was time to upgrade. The old unit still did the job but was getting slow simply from being so "old", this new one was like night and day. The GUI had mostly the same feel as the old one so I was happy to be able to use it right away with no learning curve. The scanner arrived with two cases. one for the scanner itself which was nice and another for a huge amount of adapters for older vehicles and some that I honestly don't know what they are used for but it's nice to know they are there if I ever find myself needing them but also nice to not have them in the same case as the tablet so I'm not carrying them around all of the time. Operational it works exactly how one would expect, no lagging other than on some manufactures in which case that's the OEMs issue and they lag no matter what scanner is used. The tablet itself feels nice and sturdy and the kickstand on the back is a welcomed addition to the old unit I had. One really nice thing it the ability to add interfaces in the future. I plan to add on the Scopebox when my oscilloscope from another vendor is ready to be replaced.

This thing is great. It’s a little thick but i think that adds to it. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to break in half like some I’ve used. It has a nice rubber protector around it. It also comes with a whole assortment of extra adapters to adapt it to vehicles without the standard OBD2 connector. It seems to have a lot of functionality some of my other tools are missing. Very happy so far. Great deal for the money i spent on it.
