VERY happy with the fire pit. Once assembled it is very stable. Getting the top and bottom locked together was a little tricky but once locked it was great. Have run this about half a dozen times. Lighting is VERY easy, the updraft distributes the fire nicely so the entire kindling goes up cleanly and evenly. It takes only a couple pieces of wood every 20-30 minuets to keep a nice fire going and produces a great heat output. We placed the stove on a 2' X 2' stone paver for safety but I can place my hand right on the stone beneath the running fire and it is warm but not hot, so no concerns running this on our deck. Definitely want to buy a spark screen for the top if you are concerned about throwing out embers. We purchased a generic 18 inch screen and it is a great add.

Just purchased. 1st burn of the college football season. No smoke. Great heat. Legs stay cool so there is an option to set on non concrete surfaces. Great price.

Works great and is easy to clean out. At startup you have smoke but one it gets heated up and the air starts moving its awesome. Not as big as some of the other ones but for my purposes its the perfect size and works just as it should.

I was in the market for a firepit I could use on a wood deck or concrete without fear of damage or for camping. Legs are foldable and locking , they seem solid and sturdy. Packaging was neat and quality looking. No damage or issues with dings. Fire pit works great! As long as you set up right and get a nice hot burn going without overloading it, it will provide impressive heat. Big enough for 4 people easily. Handles are a HUGE plus incase it needs to be moved in an emergency. They are cool to the touch with a raging fire and there is no excessive heat underneath during a burn either. Super happy with the quality as similar pits go for 4x as much. Longevity is unknown but if it last a few years it will be worth it to me. The ash catcher is slightly tricky getting in and out as if fits very flush . The provided fire poker is handy here. You can grab the vent holes and manipulate it out or in as needed.

We got it for it's compact storage and folding legs. We compared to solo and others. It easy to clean ash out. Buy a poker and wood handlers to put wood and stir up wood. It burns hot. It got handles, that very handy.

Light her up with charcoal, wood pellets or wood. All three produce a nice smokeless fire on e it gets lighted.

Compared to the big name competition, the quality and function are well worth the price. Did a great job grilling some burgers.
