Pine Pollen Tincture - 50ml - Pine Pollen is a tonic medicine, meaning that it can be used over a course of time, without it having toxic effects on your body. It is also adaptogenic so it will cater to exactly what your body needs. It contains B-Carotene, B1, B2, B3, B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin D, and vitamin E. It also contains a host of minerals including, calcium, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sodium and zinc, and it contains twenty amino acids, including the eight essential amino acids, meaning it is a complete protein. Pine Pollen is also well known for being an androgenic herb, meaning it has the ability to raise testosterone levels effectively, making it a naturally derived source of testosterone. It balances the ratio of androgens to oestrogen. It is beneficial for women as well as men, and has been known to specifically treat a woman's inability to reach orgasm, and can also help women through menopause. The arginine content can improve fertility in both men and women. I use only Organic Vodka for the tinctures, and the pine pollen I use is the best on the market, coming directly from Tibetan Nature with a rating of 99% cracked cell wall, making it very bioavaliable for the body. I tincture the pine pollen for anything from between 6 weeks to 3 months. I shake it daily and store my jars in the dark to preserve potency, and then I bottle it in Miron Glass, which doesn't allow light in, thus further prolonging the potency of the tincture. Dosage: ½ to 1 dropper under the tongue 2-3 times daily for men; for women 2 drops under the tongue daily. Hold under the tongue for at least 2 minutes.
