i have the phone on highest volume but i cannot hear it when i have an incoming call please advise

This model doesn't have an extremely high volume ,but,a phone  case would muffle it a lot more so have mine on ring and vibrate and in shirt pocket as only use as secondary phone ,make sure settings ok,volume  high and answer machine turned off as phone will keep ringing until answered James

is this phone unlocked?

Yes the phone is unlocked. Just add your current SIM card or get one from Giff Gaff who do a fantastic offer of 5 or 10 pounds a month on their goody bag deals. This is not an ad for them I just moved away from O2 and got the same service for a fraction of the cost.Kind regards

Does it have Dual connectivity say in USA ?

It only has the connectivity allowed by the sim-card you install. It does not have provision for dual sim-cards.
