Excellent workbook for addicts and non-addicts alike
Excellent workbook to support an alcoholic patient in his psychotherapy as an adjunct to 12 step. Also as a psychologist, I'm using it for non-addicts to connect to their feelings, as it creates a good structure

Another gift for my sister
She is 8 months into her sobriety and is doing absolutely amazing! She has been reading a lot and I've noticed her looking at this workbook. I bought it for her for her birthday a few days ago and she's already almost done with it. Great book/workbook for sure!
