Distilled water should only be used for flushing your system before adding specific water cooling coolant for PC builds.

Can i use this with a Neti Pot ? (Cleaning sinus )

Don't see why not. Personally, I use filtered tap water with some salt added to it (to make an isotonic saline solution - which means it's the same saltiness as body fluids). I use this distilled water to make home remedies - which I then eat, and hence the reason I like pure distilled water because I don't want unexpected reactions. At the end of the day, it's your choice whether you think it's worth paying for the extra purity of distilled water to use in a Neti pot.

Can be used for steam straighteners?

Yes. But you can use deionized water for that and its much cheaper. This distilled water is for medical applications. ie CPAP machine.

Can I use this safely on my skin?

Distilled water should have nothing in it but H2O - safer than what's in your tap.
