Definitely helps me sleep better and never leaves me feeling drowsy the next day.

Been taking these sleep supplements a while and my sleep score on my oura ring has never been higher. Deep sleep is now fairly consistently around 20-25%, before it would often be below 20%.Also falling asleep would take a long time but now I'm falling asleep quickly, often too quickly actually (most nights 3-4 minutes).But I've noticed if I'm at the gym till late or have a big meal in the evening I don't sleep as well despite taking the supplements. They seem to work best when I stick to good sleep habits.

Thought good value for money with the quantity of tablets, but the dose is 2-4 per night :) Bought this to help me get to sleep sooner & sleep more soundly to feel more rested when I awake. I have noticed no change to speak of...and I'm no insomniac. Cutting out caffeine after 2pm has done more to help than these tablets!

The pills worked pretty well and I felt the difference in sleep quality and drowsiness. To be honest I’d recommend a try

Firstly super impressed with the Express delivery. Came the same day so was able to start taking them as soon. Love this sleep supplement! I take it religiously every day and soon after taking it, I start to feel calm and relaxed. Don't have any problems falling asleep like I used to! Definitely would recommend it
