I buy a bottle of 180 capsules for £28.99 on 'Prime' from Superfood UK. It was £28.99 last time I ordered.

Q: are these capsual good for lowering blood pressure?

No, they are not for lowering blood pressure - they are to boost your immune system as they are the active enzyme which comes from garlic. I'd recommend a book by Patrick Holford called The Nutritional Bible - in it you will find all the natural remedies to combat most illnesses. Cutting out salt would be your first step at lowering blood pressure I guess. Best of luck.
