So, it is basically a pair of knickers stretched across your face. Iād return it if I wasnāt so embarrassed to have fallen for the sales bumph. I wouldnāt bother buying it, as I currently feel like a voyeur with this thing stretched across my head. šš¦¹š¼Very thin material, no instructions though it seems to make sense when you look at it. It also doesnāt appear to give any support, not that I need much but itās just there.

Not an effective product.
This product is not effective. Completely uncomfortable, difficult to put on and not the right size at all. Waste of money and havenāt even been able to use it overnight once.

I didnāt see a lot of difference. I didnāt use it a lot because it hurt behind the back of my ears a lot when I tried to wear it for even a little bit.

Not bad and fits well, can tighten or loosen whichever is your preference. Haven't seen a change yet but this is something that will need consistency to see any results.
