I found this very effective in nerve and muscular injuries,the pain was diminished a lot. I've given it four stars,not five purely because there is such a small amount . I will look for bigger sizes if they do them but for now I have ordered two more . Definitely made a positive difference to acute pain.

Extremely Expensive - Less Gel, Higher Cost
I buy this on repeat a LOT - it's a fantastic pain relief gel that does what it says on the tin. However, over the last 2 years, for the SAME price, it's gone from 50g to 30g of product. It's the only reason I've knocked off 2 stars

Great pain relief and cooling
Great pain reliever and cooling element is quick acting. Strong smell but does not linger. I have found this better to use to an other products similar that give a warm or heat tingle.
