Solid Microphone choice for a budget friendly setup
I was looking for a decent budget microphone for my desktop setup but I was quite spoiled for choice. I asked a few friends what they use and a couple mentioned that they use this microphone. Since I know how good the microphone sounded I went to go buy one. The setup was quite simple and only took me five minutes and after that it was mostly plug and play with a few tweaks to the mic balancing. The vocals are clear though I would recommend some noise cancellation as it will pick up some background sounds (as most mics do anyways). it looks neat and it is quite solid. This is a great buy for anyone on a budget!

Well balanced
I am really impressed with this budget price microphone. Having just ventured in to making video content I found I needed a stand alone microphone and as this is a fledgling hobby I didn't want to spend big bucks so this purchase was made purely on price - that and I did recognise the brand name which was a bonus. Easy to assemble out of the box and I am impressed that the USB cable actually has a woven casing which makes it feel like a higher end item. The tripod is nice and stable, the only issue I have found is the pop shield (for want of a better description) is easy to knock out of place and you definitely need it in place as the microphone itself is fairly sensitive. I am pleasingly surprised at how well it picks up sound. I have is set up for my video recording which so happens to be in the Living Room so half the time my other half is there when I am recording. If he talks at normal volume it does pick his voice up lovely and clearly despite being a good 3 or 4 metres away from the mic - no weird distortion or loss of quality which surprised me. I fully expected it to be fine for close up use so the fact it gives clear, fresh sound from a moderate distance was a nice bonus (always fun to have the peanut gallery in your recordings). To be honest I am loving my new hobby and am looking at upgrading some of my equipment already. However, I am certainly NOT going to be changing this mic. Compact and is more than up to the job I have for it so why spend more when this little beauty does the job excellently?

Cheap microphone, decent performance for the price but is sensitive to background noise
This microphone came in handy in a pinch when my headset microphone stopped working after years of use. It's got decent audio quality for the price and was a significant upgrade over my old 3.5mm mic for voice clarity. It is a condensor microphone though which makes it very sensitive to background noise. I have to set the volume threshold in Discord and other software pretty high so it's not picking up keyboard or mouse clicks. You can definitely get a lot out of this microphone if you spend some time tweaking audio and noise reduction settings though.

Good BUT......
Good for the price , would have given it a better rating but set up instructions are non existent so had to search online and ended up taking a couple of hours to get everything working properly.

Solved the Skype calling problems
We had some problems with sound quality for our Skype calls. Hence I was looking for an inexpensive microphone which would enable us to communicate while not speaking straight into it. When I saw someone complained this mic "is picking up the unwanted noises in the far ends of the room" I thought - well, THIS is the solution!" And so it proved to be. I doubt it would be fit for other purposes, like streaming. Just in case - it works nicely with the current (20.10) Ubuntu Linux; no tinkering with drivers required.

Please don't buy this if you don't want your keyboard sounds to be picked up.
I bought this as a replacement for my g533 mic since it broke for some unknown reason and I had no other mic to compensate for it and I done some research by watching reviews on YouTube and I thought it was what it's worth for. As soon as I got this mic and plugged it in, I realized that It pickes up ANYTHING THAT IT CAN PICK UP. Seriously, when talking to my friends through Discord my friends are always complaining about how much fan noises cum from my laptop when playing games and how my voice (even if i talk pretty loudly) cannot override the STUPID AMOUNT of keyboard clicking. I have a Corsair K63 Red Switch which means its not the clicky type of keyboard switch which means it should'nt be that loud. But my god it is. I can hear how atrocious the sound quality is through my recordings which I regularly take for funny moments and what not. And I gotta say, I don't even want to take clips with these since it just destroys the ambient sound of the actual clip. Legit, I can hear my parents talking in the living room (10 - 20 meters away) while I cannot properly hear my own voice. It takes all of the voices in the same level, from about 10 cm from the microphone to about 10-20 meters. Please for the love of god, do not buy this michrophone its going to be a good microphone and its gonna be good for a budget. My laptop's microphone is seriously 100x better than this.
