Ninja Luxe Pro 3-in-1 Coffee Machine, Silver ES701UK

Update* The replacement unit arrived very fast, maybe a day or two after I sent the faulty unit. The grinder seems to be working as designed now and grinds the correct amount. It's making excellent coffee and steamed/frothed milk, It still fills up the waste water area quickly, but pretty much all of the problems I has previously are resolved. The customer service was also good. Item arrived promptly and appeared undamaged and well packaged. After setting up the coffee machine I proceeded to try it out. Unfortunately, I have had many issues, primarily with the coffee grinder. I am using freshly roasted good quality coffee beans too from a local roaster. The grinder is, from what I can tell, supposed to suggest the correct grind setting and grind the correct amount of coffee grounds. I suspect it weighs the portafilter as it grinds and is supposed to stop at the correct weight. However, my experience has been that one of the following will happen: 1. It works as intended and grinds until full and then stops. This happens for me about 10% of the time. 2. It starts grinding and then immediately stops. It doesn't grind any coffee, but it thinks it has and will not grind any more when pressing the grind button. The portafilter is empty and I need to turn the machine off and on again to get it to work. 3. It grinds, and grinds, and grinds, and keeps grinding even though the portafilter is now overflowing with a mountain of coffee grounds. The excess grounds are now wasted as approximately 2 x the amount needed is ground. Because of the grinder setup, I can't salvage the excess grounds and they are wasted. 4. It starts grinding, and then half way through it stops, claiming that the bean hopper is empty (it is full however). If I then press the grind button again, it forgets that the portafilter is half full, and it grinds too much. It also seems to have issue with the suggested grind size, and despite using the same beans and the same coffee setting (espresso), the suggested grind size swings wildly between 10 and 15. When using a grind size of 10, very little coffee is extracted when brewing and I get at most a single espresso when using the double espresso brew. The further problem with this is that the excess water is routed to the waste tray which fills up very fast. I am forever emptying the water waste tray and filling up the reservoir. I now tend to ignore the grind suggestion and leave it at around 14 as 10 is too fine. I have contacted Ninja to report the fault, and a replacement is apparently being ordered. Unfortunately, the service I have so far received from them is lacking. They take a while to respond to my emails, they claim they are sending me an email with return instructions for the faulty unit, however no email has been sent yet after three days, and worst of all, I will need to wait potentially a week for the replacement unit to be sent AFTER they have received the faulty one. This means that I will be without a coffee machine for likely 2 weeks. The coffee that it makes is nice. Better than my old delonghi machine in fact, however that machine was infinitely more reliable. This machine has a lot of options and the frother is good too, if a little inconsistent. If, once I receive the replacement unit, my experience improves, I will edit this review. If I have the same troubles, I will most likely seek to return the machine for a refund as it is causing me more hassle than I want in a kitchen appliance.

Brilliant coffee machine but needs time to get the hang of working it as it has a lot of different settings that have to be got just right but that is part of the enjoyment of having this type of coffee machine. You really need to use good coffee beans and take your time getting used to it. We had a bean to cup before and that was simple to use. This machine definitely makes good coffee and you can tweak the settings to suit individual preferences. The build quality is excellent and it is one heavy piece of equipment. Comes with everything you could possibly need to get up and running and looks great on our coffee station. Comes with a quick start guide but if this is your first machine of this type then I would suggest you download the full instruction manual. Anyway I’m off to have a coffee, hope this review helps.

I used the nexpresso virtuo for years but I decided to go with the ninja luxe pro and after set it up my first expresso came out super amazing. Ninjia never let me down, for the performance and the look . I tried the auto barista but this is in between manual and automatic, i personally love this one better also for the price. I just hoping in the long run it will carry on performing as it stands now 🙏

This worked well for a few weeks, and then started leaking. Then the frothing function failed. Ninja haven't much help at all - a slow response, no resolution and now two tickets to investigate. A look online suggests that the problems are known and fairly common, and necessitate a replacement of the machine. For the price, this is very poor. I'll be chasing a refund to replace this with a different manufacturer.

Well... it worked well for 2 weeks... well actually a bit less. Then started leaking water and using most of the tank of water to make just 3 lattes... First thought it might of been us doing something wrong... but we had similar coffee machines for the past 7 years and no issues. After following the manufacturing advise and things to check... its an internal leak. Has to be sent back and cant even get replacement. Have to wait now 14 days for a refund hopefully and then order another one. Not very happy as its a £700 product, I was expecting better quality. Must admit it looks great and actually functions and etc is pretty amazing, even a bit over the top and does help with coffee taste or grind selection... but due to water leak its all pointless. Shame as I really liked it.

Game changer, decent coffee and easy to use. I love coffee in fact I can’t start the day without a coffee. If you want real coffee without the fuse of weighing the beans and dialling it in this is the machine for you, if however you like the artistry of weighing and dialling in get a Sage it’s that simple. Water tray is a bit small, so just make sure you empty it! Don’t know how I lived without it! So easy to use and great build quality.

So far really impressed, Came from a more expensive "barista" grade machine, and I have to say from the first drink with the default settings this machine makes a really good coffee if you use good quality beans. Compared to a steam wand only the steam + whisk makes a nice foamy milk for flat whites too. Getting used to having to do the steam after the brew (my old machine was dual boiler...but cost 3x as much as this) but the queuing function and automatic frothing makes this easy. Waste water tray does fill up quickly due mostly to the purge feature of the steam wand, but the little indicator it's full is useful....and it just means you clean it out often.

A not unsubstantial cost machine, which I've had for a couple of weeks. I'm very pleased so far. It's very easy to use, speaking as an inexperienced espresso maker. The Ninja videos to set up, as well as the paper Quick Start Guide, are excellent. I watched the set-up video, accessed via a QR code on the machine, first then I used the paper guide to set it all up. I've used it at least once a day since I got it and did invest in some decent coffee beans ordered online, which it is highly likely I will continue ordering. A coffee made from freshly ground beans is definitely tastier than one from beans sold ground! This machine only uses beans, you cannot put ground coffee in the hopper. The milk frother is also outstanding with its different froth styles. I have had none of the problems others mention. I do think it's important to thoroughly clean it after use as the easily removable stirrer in the bottom of the jug could get gummed up with milk if not cleaned properly after every use.

Artıları: - Premium ürün hissi veriyor. Kutulamadan kullanıma kadar ince düşünülmüş bir mühendislik var. - Latte, espresso, cappuccino, cold brew, drip gibi farklı kahveleri oldukça lezzetli bir şekilde hazırlayabiliyor. - Uyarı sistemleri başarılı ve temizliği oldukça kolay. - Kompaktlık;sök-tak, yıka çok pratik. Çeşitli kahve türlerine ait basket/sepetleri koymak için harika bir çekmece/cep yapmışlar. - Süt köpürtmesi, soğuk köpük yapması gördüğüm en iyi makine. Eksileri(negatif yönlerin hepsi aslında çok detay ve çoğu kişinin belki de takmayacağı şeyler fakat yine de paylaşmak istedim): -Ürünü tamamen kendi belirlediği akış planı üzerinden kullanmak zorundasınız. Sistem, sensörlerden ve bir önceki adımda elde ettiği bilgilerden yararlanarak ilerliyor. Şöyle bir örnek vereyim: Kahveyi öğüttünüz ancak iki kez yapılması gereken tamp/presleme işlemini unuttunuz ve portafiltreyi çektiniz. Buraya kadar sorun yok.Ancak portafiltreyi cihaza taktığınızda makine hâlâ 2 saat önce yaptığınız double espressoyu hatırlıyor. “Start Brew” derseniz, taktığınız basket single olmasına rağmen double espresso hazırlayacak. Çünkü cihazın hangi basket'ın takılı olduğunu analiz eden sistemi, kahveyi öğütme aşamasında çalışıyor. Siz makinede yeni bir öğütme işlemi yapmadığınız için sistem bir önceki sepet boyutunu hatırlıyor ve oradan devam ediyor. Üstelik manuel olarak “Double değil, single basket kullanıyorum.” Üstelik manuel olarak “Double değil, single basket kullanıyorum.” diyebileceğiniz hiçbir seçenek koymamışlar. Bence cihazın en gereksiz kısıtlamalarından biri bu. - Bardak koyduğumuz ayarlanabilir zemin malesef titreşim sebebiyle kayabiliyor. Bardağı kaydırmayacak-sabit tutacak bir mekanizma ihtiyacı var.

Yeni başlayanlar için biraz zor. Ama internetten birkaç şey yapmayı öğrenen için harika bir makine. Geçmişimde barista olarak çalışmıştım biraz pasımı attıktan sonra süper şeyler çıkarabiliyorum. Bununla evde yapamayacağınız şey yok gibi. Kahveyi seven ve sık sık dışarıda içen biriyseniz yüksek fiyat etiketine bakmadan alın. Artık gerekmedikçe dışarıdan içmiyoruz ben de eşim de. Misafirliğe gelen arkadaşlarımız da etkileniyor kahve kalitesinden.

Ürünü 39.999 TL'ye aldım, ertesi gün fiyatı 37.199 TL'ye düştü. Durumu müşteri hizmetlerine mail atarak bu fiyat politikasının hoş olmadığını belirttim. Ancak "İade edin, yeniden alın" şeklinde bir tutum sergilediler. Ben de aynı dakika içinde ürünü iade ettim. Ürünün kendisine gelecek olursam; Philips 5500 modelinden bu makinaya geçtim ve tek kelimeyle inanılmaz güzel bir makina. Görsel olarak harika, kahve yapımı ve süt köpürtmesi efsane. Philips'te en nefret ettiğim şey süt köpürtmesiydi; bu makina ise sütü inanılmaz köpürtüyor. Dışarıda içtiğiniz kaliteli kahvelerin köpüğüyle neredeyse aynı performansı veriyor. Malzeme kalitesi harika, her parçası resmen kalite kokuyor, adamlar gerçekten çok güzel bir işçilik çıkarmış. Müşteri hizmetlerinin ilgisiz tutumu yüzünden ürünü iade etmiş olsam da, eğer fiyatı sizin için uygunsa mutlaka alınması gereken bir makina.

Beklediğimden daha iyi soğuk kahvesi ve süt köpürtme işlemi harika

Eşime yıldönümü için hediye aldım. Başta fiyatını kendi araştırması sonucu öğrendiği için baya kızdı ama kendisi soğuk kahve delisi olduğu için ve dünya üzerinde şuan soğuk kahve yapmanıza yardımcı olacak başka hiçbir marka veya kahve makinesi olmadığı için kendisini ikna ettim. Şimdi günde en az 2 kere kullanıyor. Harika bir makine tüm özellikleri efsane hepsini denedim. Bu yorumu makinenin 2. ayında yazıyorum ve gerçekten çok memnunum. Ninja markası, Amerika merkezli SharkNinja şirketine aittir. Çok kaliteli bir markadır. Diğer tüm ürünlerine de bakabilirsiniz. Bu adamlar mutfak eşyaları konusunda E F S A N E !!!
