I bought the DEEBOT N20 PRO mainly for its 8000 Pa suction and I’m fully happy with the decision. A few points from my experience after two weeks:👍 What I like• White & classy – The white body hides dust marks, so I don’t feel like wiping the robot every day. Looks premium too.• Powerful pick-up – It lifts fine dust, hair… everything. Corners also look clean when I walk bare-foot.• One-go sweep + mop – I select “vacuum & mop” in the app and it finishes my 2-BHK (about 1000 sq ft) in one hour, using roughly 55 % battery.• Crystal-clean double mop – There is an option called “double cleaning”; tried it on Sunday and the tiles literally shined.• Smooth app – Mapping took under 10 minutes. Editing rooms, naming them, or deciding the order (hall first, kitchen last) is super easy.• Quiet for the power – On normal mode we can watch TV; turbo mode is louder but still fine.⚠️ Small things to note• First map run needs lights on and doors open; after that, no issues.• Water tank is small for double-mop; I refill once for my size of house.• Keep very loose carpets aside or add anti-skid pads. Firm, non-slip carpets are fine and give the bot a smoother ride.My verdictAt ₹27 k it’s cheaper than 12 months of maid charges in my city. Plus, there’s zero privacy worry - no outsider in the house - and I can start a clean from the office or even on vacation, so I come back to spotless floors. If you’re super busy and want totally hands-off cleaning, check the Ecovacs Y-series with auto dry, empty & wash. For me, the N20 PRO hits the sweet spot of price and performance. Highly recommended!

The Deebot N20 Pro is an amazing product. I have found it complete value for money. The vacuum functionality is just amazing. It takes care of all corners and edges. The vacuum plus mop function is decent. The two pass option gets the job done. Although, it has difficulty is cleaning deep stains and edges in the vacuum and mop function.

His support made the onboarding process reassuring.Overall, it’s been a great experience—both with the product and the company’s support team.

I ordered this product as a gift for my mom on 15 January’25 and writing this review after 3 months of usage.Packaging - no issues at all, well packed and delivered on time. I also received a call from Ecovacs for product demo but I had already set up the product and used it, I did not schedule it. But good follow up.Setup - It was easy to follow the instructions and set up the robot. Initially had to connect it to WiFi and create a map of your house which was easy. Only suggestion is to help add instructions on how to set up zone, virtual boundary etc..Performance - Absolutely brilliant! Dust collecting is good and it takes about 40-45 mins to vaccum around 2400 sqt and only 15% of the battery discharges. So hoping battery will last for a long time. ( protip: don’t always keep the robot on charge, turn on the main switch only when u want to use it to improve your battery health - just like your phone).Sound is a little loud but no complains if it does the job.Mopping feature is good as well. We only use the mopping function once a week, which is quite good. Vaccum mode itself cleans the hose quite well.App- easy instructions to install the app and initial set up. Using the app on daily basis is not difficult as well. Good UI (my mom is able to use it after a week of learning 👍)Overall a very good investment based on features and at the price point it is available.
