Fast and reliable in a very small package. Had windows 11 installed and it is fast and very quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for a compact pc with lots of capabilities.

This little PC is a powerhouse. It runs windows and all of my development apps just find. Highly recommended

Worked well for a little bit but ended up having trouble right as the return window closed. Nothing that would prevent you from using it but crashes and such. Now about 6 months later the issues are getting worse. It’s cheap and ran well for a while so if you get lucky it might be a decent value but you might also end up like me.

Out of the 60 or so minisforums pcs we have purchased , the UM773 was solid (30 of the above number) with only one failure. However every other model , both for work and home have all failed within a year, something on the motherboard pops and that’s it. Never buying this brand again.

Bought this for my non-tech savvy uncle. I set it up for him, but he probably could’ve done it himself, it was so easy. He’s had no complaints, and it was a great price. I tried out a few games on it when I was setting it up, and for a computer with an integrated gpu, it did well. Looks great on his desk, where it replaced a small Lenovo tower. Happy with the purchase, and now I’ve been considering getting a similar one for myself.

I use this mini pc to watch videos on my 65 inch tv in 4k. It loads very fast. And And considering I got it for only $320 after taxes, it was a hell of a deal.

Overall, product is perfect.

After reading the enthusiastic report of ETA Prime on You Tube I ordered the Minisforum UM760HS mini pc with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. Windows installed but I use Linux Mint so I set out to install Linux Mint Cinnamon. Installation went on smoothly or so I thought. After I booted into Linux Mint 24.04, I found out that there was no Wifi and no Bluetooth. I downloaded Linux drivers from AMD website but, that didn't help either. I tried different versions (distros) of Linux Mint as well as Ubuntu 24 but all of them had the same problems. I called Amazon to report the problems I was having and requested for a replacement. Although my order clearly states that a Replacement is offered, Amazon flatly refused to replace my unit. One customer rep was so rude that she disconnected after telling me that she will disconnect the call. I had to call again and talked to three different customer reps who also told me that a Replacement is not possible. I was told that I can return and wait for 14-30 days after they receive the unit for a refund. This is outrageous and imo, almost amounts to a scam. I found out that Walmart has the same unit at a lower price than Amazon and the unit is sold and shipped by Minusforum directly. My experience with Walmart has been very pleasant and the refund is processed immediately, not 30 days late. Minisforum should provide the drivers for Linux/Ubuntu but they don't. I don't recommend Minisforum UM760HS because of this glaring flaw. Windows 11 is a pain to use and I have long back gone to Linux/Ubuntu.
