I ordered this for a person who states overall they are glad they have the product for basic range of motion but there are some limitations and things they don't list the description that I think need to be mentioned or changed. 1) This is an entry level product with cheap construction materials, and you can tell because they didn't even spell check the labeling on the box that has misspellings in the word, "solving," which is a GIANT oversight...its spelled SOLVEING...giant glaring error! 2) The directions are contradictory and confusing stating you can only use this product for 20 minutes with an hour and a half break between those 20-minute sessions in one place and a different place stating the treatment session can only be 15 min with and hour break in other places. Clearly, they did not hire a professional to write these directions. 3) THE TREAMENT SESSION CAN ONLY BE 15-20 minutes LONG AT A TIME OR THE MACHINE WILL OVERHEAT 4) the materials and Velcro are cheaply made and will likely wear out very quickly. 5) The directions are only in text format with no pictures....VERY CONFUSING. 6) the mirror glove button is a device that fits in the palm of the opposite hand and has to be activate by pressure so if both hands are affected this may not work. The device in the palm falls out easily. 7) even light pressure can activate the device if you hold your hand over the button lightly long enough.....which was confusing. I thought I had to press hard because it didn't come on immediately. However the light pressure required does allow a wider variety of people to be able to turn it on 8) The thumb has a tendency to come in before the fingers limiting the ability to get full finger range of motion, but you can stop the thumb from flexing...but there is no middle ground. OVERALL: just remember these types of devices are new and its better we have something rather than nothing. It seems though that they put this product out quickly without much detailed oversight. I guess sometimes better something than nothing, but this has SIGNIFICANT limitations that I feel are not outline in the product description. I would say they should put the PDF instructions here but as I think about the instructions are so bad maybe they know if they published them less people would buy it. Honestly....they really need to do a better job with the directions.

Very helpful Therapy tool

My father loves it. He has Guillain Barrere syndrome and it’s a rare disease, but it helps in waking up his nerves within his joints to regain mobility. He has lost his motor skills but we are working to gain it back. Only thing about this function as to why I gave it 4 stars is, that you have to do one hand at a time. Overall, grateful for this.
