I bought one of these compost bins to replace two slightly larger wood-slat bins that had deteriorated after a couple of decades of use. I liked this one so much that I bought a second one. The bin is easy to assemble, although it takes a few minutes to understand how to bend the lid slightly to attach the lid. These are also better than the previous bins in that they retain heat that's generated. The one disadvantage is that they don't naturally get rain water. The lid stays open upright (an advantage for adding to the bin), but readily falls down to cover the bin with a moderate wind or possibly squirrel activity. Instead of rigging up a prop of some sort, I just try to remember to water the pile periodically.

Easy to assemble and stores really easily if you need to disassemble. Keeps my compost from stinking up my backyard and makes it more organized. Good product and great to use.

I heard these help keep the mice out so I got one. It functions great and holds alot! This gets 4 stars because I injured BOTH hands building this. Everything was simple and easy to do until I got to the 2 little doors, I busted BOTH hands trying to get those. Its been a few days and one is still really swollen and both hands have open wounds. The doors need different hinges or a new installation step? Something needs to change. Ty.

This dual chamber compost bin works really well for home composting. I like the rotating design—it makes mixing the compost much easier without having to dig through it manually. The two compartments are also very convenient, so you can keep one side active while the other is finishing. Assembly took a bit of time, but it wasn’t too difficult if you follow the instructions. The structure feels fairly sturdy once put together. The size is good for a small to medium household. One minor downside is that the plastic panels feel a little thin, so I’m not sure how it will hold up long-term under heavy use or extreme weather. Overall, it’s a great starter compost bin and does the job well.

Great box. Organic matter breaks down quickly due to the heat and insects. Went together easily BUT the lid is horrible. It took me forever to get it on and it keeps detaching from the box over and over. Very frustrating.

Setting it up was easy. All pieces are interconnected, no need for tools.

Extremely nice compost bin, it is exactly what I expected. It will come in to good use, I really recommend. Also very nice price.

Ive had this product a week and so far so good. Its easy to use and stable. The only downfall is the holes are only a little smaller than a dime in size so when you turn it, pieces do fall out. I put a mat under mine because its on our back porch but I worry if someone puts it outside, is there a higher risk of attracting animals, if pieces fall out.

Exactly as promised. Easy to set up. The lid snaps in place. The plastic is a little thin, but it's been a few months. It hasn't blown away or been damaged. It's just fine for this price.

This compost bin is solid and a good size for our home. It was very easy to put together in place. Has good ventilation holes for the compost.
