Perfect for confit duck
Love this stuff for slow, low roasting - I use two jars for confit duck, and the beauty of it is that you can use the fat several times for the same or other dishes before you need to dump it. It somewhat offsets the cost which, while pricey, is nowhere near as expensive as other brands on this site.

Nice for roast potatoes
For great roast potatoes this gives them a little something extra to their taste, very nice. I prefer goose fat but wanted to try this, it’s nice but goose fat tastes better to me.
