Silicone Coating is just better
I never thought anyone cared enough about parchment paper to actually improve it. Several vendors offer silicone coating now at almost the same price. I have tried 2 different suppliers with performance that seems identical. Try it. I would not go back to uncoated now.

Good quality parchment paper sheets. I definitely prefer the sheets to the roll, much easier to use and they stay flat. These bake well and are easy to store.

The parchment paper comes in 2 packs of 100 sheets each.They're slick on both sides and the size I expected. Cut them to fit whatever you're baking in.They're just a bit short near the ends of my cookie sheet but I don't place the doughclose to the ends anyway.I baked some cornbread and it held up as expected and kept things from sticking tothe baking dish.They come in a tab slide storage bag which I had no trouble fitting in my cooking wrap drawer.It's a good deal.
