They worked great on my last ride!

Pésimo. Hace seis meses pedí un kit de dos intercomunicadores, marca SCS 8X, llegaron en perfectas condiciones y sin bien, no son los mejores cumplen con su función. Hace un par de semanas pedí un intercomunicador (todo al mismo vendedor) para garantizar que fuese la misma marca, tuviese compatibilidad con los dos anteriores y fuese por supuesto, original. Pues llegó una caja con una marca totalmente diferente, algo chafa, no se veía el logo ni mucho menos la calidad del embalaje (del fabricante) original, sino la mera referencia y el dibujo de un casco. Al instalarlo, oh sorpresa, ni las luces que indican el modo (Bluetooth, música o llamada) son iguales, están son más parecidas a una bola de discoteca con sus mil colores que a un intercomunicador. En cuanto al sonido, es gangoso, no tiene cancelación del ruido, como los dos anteriores. Lo probaré una semana y estaré actualizando en caso de cambios.

Buen producto. Se escucha música en buena calidad. El micrófono principal es malo y distorsionado, el micrófono de repuesto es bueno. Ojo, no se consiguen repuestos fácilmente.

You only recieve one unit even though listing says intercom for 2 riders and two units pictured in listing.

This took a while to charge up so I could power it on. There isn't very clear instructions on how to set it up, at least not clear to me. I didn't think it was very intuitive. Once I finally got it charged up I was able to pair it to my phone. I plugged the speakers in and was able to listen to a music app through it. So it seems to work just fine for that, which is really all I was planning on using it for, mostly GPS assistance while riding. I don't want to answer phone calls or communicate with anyone else while riding. I was a little disappointed that the speakers physically plug into the device, I guess I didn't realize that. I assumed the speakers were bluetooth but no. It isn't riding season here so I have not attached to my helmet and I am also unsure how I will work that out. I already have a set of plug in speakers in my helmet that I use with my mp3 player. I may try to buy an adapter to hook those to this device when I need GPS. The plug for the speakers is USB-C. (my other speakers are a standard audio jack). Overall I think it will work ok for what I want it for.

Designed as a insert for a motorcycle helmet to be able to communicate with other riders - I haven't got any friends that have an intercom so unable to attest on the ability for this. However, I can say that the functional ability to listen to your music while riding is awesome. I enjoy my music while riding and having earbuds doesn't quite do the trick. At 50% volume it is more than lough enough, at highway speeds you can increase it due to wind noise (depending on helmet of course) with the large easy to reach + or - buttons. Quick and easy set-up no app requires - Connect via bluetooth within seconds and get riding -- GPS and music at your ears seamlessly - Charges via USB C when needed

I ordered this motorcycle intercom in hopes to be able to communicate with my passenger. Sadly, I have not been able to install it because the instructions aren’t great. However, the overall quality of all the pieces seems good. So far, I haven’t discovered anything I don’t like about it and neither have I discovered anything that’s “wow!” about it. I will edit this review if anything changes in these regards once I figure out how to install it properly. Bottom line: It’s a well made product and I see no reason to avoid it for people who are familiar with how intercom systems work in motorcycle helmets and can install them.

The description of my order is (just so you know which version this review is for): "Motorcycle Intercom Motorcycle Intercom Helmet Headset, Earphones for 2 Riders up to 1000M Communication, Waterproof IP67 with Handsfree, Stereo Music, RGB Light, GPS & 2 Mic Options, 1 Pac" Yes, it says "for 2 riders", but it only has the hardware for _one_ of the riders. I tried it out with my iPhone, and it connected via Bluetooth with no problem. The sound quality was as good as any inexpensive Bluetooth headset. I did not try installing it on a motorcycle helmet. I plan to adapt the earpieces for a bicycle helmet, but I see no reason why it should not work.

With super easy pairing, and a universal fit into any helmet, this BT helmet stereo ear mic works excellent. For communication with other riders, quick and easy calls, listen to your music, and all with surprisingly clear reception. It gives your alot of bang for the buck. And for the price point, you really can't beat it. The battery lasts easily up to 6+hrs. And is fully charged in under an hour. As well, with intercom communication through other riders, you can easily switch between modes, select which riders, and maintain quick single device privacy when you want it.

This intercom device is great as a Bluetooth audio device, and I modified it a bit to mount it to my bike helmet. The mounting for the device can be done with adhesives or by clipping. I went with clipping it to the side of the helmet. The only issue I have is how weak the velcro adhesives are. I stuck the velcro tapes to the helmet for the audio speakers and mic, and if I try to remove them, either the ones attached to the speakers/mic or the adhesive tapes fall off. This was very disappointing, and I had to get my own double-sided tape to stick them on there. On the other hand, the RGB lighting on the device is a nice touch, and the audio sounds decent. It'll do the job for my rides for navigation, music, or podcasts.
