I got this for my wife who unfortunately frequently gets migraines. This is a big improvement over the ice pack wrapped in a towel. It is very well made and comfortable and soothing to wear. However, it is very cold when it comes out of the freezer and we find it needs to warm up for a couple minutes before putting it on. That said, it stays cold for a while which is appreciated. It is also very nice how it fits over the eyes and ears and cools the back of the neck.

I honestly didn’t expect something this simple to make such a big difference. The TheraICE Migraine Cap has been a lifesaver during migraines and tension headaches. The cold therapy is incredibly soothing without being painfully cold, and the gentle compression helps ease pressure almost immediately. I really like TheraIce products. This is my second headache/migraine cap I had purchased. The first one I gave to my boyfriend’s sister to help with a excruciating migraine. She was skeptical, but I told her it will help. She was amazed at how well it worked. I had to purchase another one since I gave the first one away. I find it really helps me. I can’t leave it on my head for too long because it starts getting super cold. It fits well and it does take the recommended 2 hrs to have it completely ice cold. I have not experienced any leakage. Would recommend to family and friends

I get terrible, debilitating headaches. I also have kidney issues so I cannot take headache meds. So…if I get a nasty headache, I desperately need this “headache relief cap” to work. I call a timeout, lay back on the couch or bed and put this on over my head/face for 15-20+ minutes. I’ve used this brand for a few years now, probably +/- 200 times. Aside from just a handful of times, it ends the pain/headache every time. Everyone might be a little different, but all I can tell you is it works for me, and I treasure this thing. My wife also gets headaches on occasion. Either she is much tougher than I, or doesn’t get the intense ones like myself. She still uses this “headache relief cap” if she feels like she needs it, and it works just as well for her. HOW I USE THIS: I keep mine in the freezer. So the wrap is intensely cold and will also add compression. Some people may find the intensity of the cold too much from the freezer. I’ll put it on for as long as I can handle the freezing temp, then remove it for a minute. I keep doing this until I can just keep it on (it will naturally get less cold as you’re wearing it). I do this for about 20 mins. The success rate is HIGH. I suppose keeping it in the fridge would be just fine for some, but I go all in on everything I do. I have the normal relief cap, and the pro relief cap. They are both really great. The pro is a little thicker and…plush(?). A little more stretchy and gell-like. The normal version seems to have a little more compression. It is a little thinner and has a slightly “cheaper” feel. I do recommend either one with confidence, however.

Bought this as a White Elephant gift for the holidays because I knew that if nobody else actually wanted it I could trade it for myself, and it all went according to plan 😈😜 but seriously this thing is exquisite! Comfy yet secure, instantly puts soothing pressure on all points of the noggin to relieve pain in minutes. It already feels cool to the touch at room temperature, and gets VERY cold if kept in the freezer. Heat helps with my headaches better, so I’m glad to report that microwaving it for 40-60 seconds (depending on wattage) also does wonders! As soon as I put this bad boy on I feel SO much better, AND I especially love that it still works even if you wear glasses! I A lot of my headaches tend to unfortunately appear when watching movies with the family, so it’s super nice to have something that doesn’t restrict my watching or whatever I’m in the middle of doing when migraines suddenly strike. Definitely recommend!
