It is not the same as proper maple syrup, so don’t expect that classic real maple taste.That said, compared with other sugar-free alternatives I have tried, this one has one of the least artificial tastes. It works well on pancakes or porridge and is not very pricey, which is a plus.The texture is a bit watery compared with normal maple syrup, but that is expected with this kind of product. Overall, I would buy it again as a sugar-free alternative, just not as a replacement for real maple syrup.
