Easy to Program
Works great! Also works with my cards from my old Pyramid timeclock! This one automatically sprang forward with the time change so I guess I am through touching it forever.

the clock looks nice and the lighted display is very nice
My Company ordered this as a replacement time-clock for an old Amano we had, the clock looks nice and the lighted display is very nice, but the features this clock has are difficult to program (we had to call Pyramid and have them walk us through it, and the clock still wasn't working the way we wanted to) After 4-5 month of light use (we only have about 12 people using this clock daily) The auto feed started acting up and eventually quit working. Pyramid replaced the clock under warranty with little issue, but now after another 5 months it has started acting up again, and I imaging its only a matter of time before it quits all together. Its unfortunate, the clock has a lot of nice features, but we will not be purchasing a Pyramid clock again.

Time does not stay correct
I bought this just over a year ago. We have had problems with it always being a few minutes off, which we would fix, and it would keep getting off. This was manageable. Then it started messing up the days it clocked in on, I fixed that, and it only lasted a day. We are a small non-profit and it is unfortunate to not have an item that actually last a significant amount of time.
