Excellent rub for Roasted Chicken.
I rub chicken with this, and roast it right on the rack in the oven. then I toss potatoes, cauliflower, olive oil, a little salt, and just a touch of this on a roasting pan beneath the chicken to catch all the juices, and it's SUBLIME. If you need a little spice add some sliced chili to the potatoes, and it comes out amazing.

Good quality curry paste
Very tasty and better than sauce jars as you simply add amount needed. Keeps fine in fridge for months.

Not what it used to be
I’ve used this for years but recently I’ve noticed the consistency has gone runny I suspect they’re trying to make it go further in a shrink-flation kind of way 😒
