Yes- it works...yes it is comparable ( slightly weaker but still effective at decongestant and fever relief) to name brand but gods I'm glad i can't smell right now because I'm so congested still. Amazon's Basics is slightly better than the Robitussin night time cough medicine. The cup sheds the medicine completely while the Robitussin sticks to the plastic and is gooey. Also most of the Robitussins are day time medicines sold as non-drowsy. It requires an DMV driver's license to get the proper Robitussin. The cup has a mark for 30 ml and a mark for 20 ml. You just use a little less. It appears the Church is into the selling of cold medications. Nyquil is alcoholic and , although I drink, alcohol does not put me to sleep.
