I returned the computer because when I contacted Dell for an issue I was told that it was almost 2 years out of warranty. The vendor said it was new and that the warranty started when they obtained it from Dell. That meant that it was in their inventory for almost 3 years since it starts with a 1 year warranty.

Machine met my needs.

I've had the computer for 2 weeks and it was working fine. After a software update, the screen goes black.

DELL all in one worst computer ever bought. i have many dell computers but they are failing now, and over priced. this all in one is slow, full of issues and poor warranty support. 5 tried and it still has the same issues. all they do is replace the motherboard because that's all there is. and the cooling does not cool the cpu so it is constantly being throttled. i will never buy an all in one again, or buy a dell again.
