Absolutely life changing!!! I broke both my upper arms on two separate occasions during the past few years ... and I'm a side sleeper!!! I haven't had a decent night's sleep for around 5 years and I toss and turn all night and wake up with the pain so I never got a deep sleep. I chanced upon this pillow and thought it looked a bit weird but I read the blurb and liked the look of the depth of it and thought "Oh go on, try it!" I'm so glad I did because it's changed my life, there's no longer any pressure on my arms from side sleeping, my neck is supported so well and the weight of my head just sinks into that dimple in the pillow and it's absolute HEAVEN to sleep on. Yes it looks weird but OMG! It's so comfortable!

Bought this pillow as i have pain in my neck and shoulders. Only used it a few days but I have seen a difference in my neck and shoulders l. The improvement with the pain i have hopefully will continue to improve would recommend to family and friends

I have used this pillow for a few weeks now and I have noticed the difference, no waking up through the night from pain in my neck and no headache in the morning. The ice cool effect when you first lay down is wonderful, especially in such hot weather. I have alot of medical problems with my neck/back and this pillow so far is brilliant compared to what problems I had usually sleeping, I'm actually getting some 😴 sleep.

Gives me a good nights sleep everytime, so comfy, really fits into my neck and my head so I dont wake up with neck pain from flat or disheveled pillows even if I keep repositioning at night

I bought this, due to having cervical sponylosis, thinking it looked like it do the trick. I like it being cool but the down side to this using the highest didn't help really, certainly the lowest is not for cervical spondylosis sufferers, i still wake up in the mornings with lower back pain. Granted I sleep I lil better than I did. I bought 1 a few years back that cost more than this just a small 1 nothing much didn't really help as to why I replaced it with this 1 thinking it was better and pain free. I don't really recommend. But saying that it may be ideal for the majority but then not for some others. Sorry

I'm not 100% sure that this will prevent snoring or be a magic solution to all ills, but I'm using it and quite happy with my purchase.

This pillow has really helped with the neck pain I had for months. It didn’t just go away over night but now that I’ve had the pillow for two weeks, it has definitely got better and I do t wake up stiff every morning. It takes a bit getting used to because you need to hold your arm a bit differently, but I like the indents at the side to put your arm in. Edit: I’ve just been on holiday and didn’t bring this pillow and my neck started hurting again, so the pillow that is definitely making a difference.
