**Q: Will these fit my small size 5 foot?**
A: Yes, they are adjustable and will fit snuggly.

**Q: Does anyone know if these have any efficacy with restless leg syndrome?**
A: I use these at night in bed for arch pain/ plantar facitis , I dont see how they might help with restless leg syndrome.

**Q: I have small feet - only about 8" around my arch area.  Is the velcro area large enough to wrap tightly around my arch area?**
A: I don't have an answer regarding 8" around your arch but I was pleased to find these to be pretty strong and hold their shape well.  I have been wearing these for about three weeks and I am well pleased.
