Liquid GABA with L Theanine Supplement for Stress Relief, Relax & Mood

I decided to wait to review this product after using it consistently for the past 4 months (just finished my 4th bottle). I take it at night and within an hour I can feel an immediate calming effect and feel very sleepy. My sleep has been incredibly deep as well. The taste is very good too! Will continue to purchase!

Easy to take and noticeable calming effects. I add a few drops to a mocktail for the chill out I need after a tough workday. Mixes well with flavored seltzer water. This supplement is far more cost effective than the expensive "designer" mocktail drinks and works better. When I take it again before sleep, I notice more vivid dreams and deeper sleep.

Works so good for me for sleep. First 3 bottles were syrupy and way too sweet, but worth the cringe and shudder. 4th bottle was water thin and didn't seem as effective. I am super concerned about quality control with this product after seeing other issues reported. On the search for an alternative I can trust for a daily supplement.

I tried ANOTHER brand of liquid GABA and threw the bottle out due to the sulfurous taste. THIS BRAND "Key Elements" is very thoughtfully put together. It tastes nice under the tongue and that's important- as is the formulation. Good for daytime use as there is no tryptophan, yet I fall asleep appropriately at night- no problem. It puts me in a "cool zone" which allows me to focus, be calm, not get distracted, and keep on going! Totally recommend.

I have bought this GABA supplement about 6 times now, and it's been fantastic. Great taste - which was different from the other supplements like it that I found. However, there is a lot of variation with each bottle that I have gotten in terms of texture and flavor. And this most recent purchase - the product is much thinner and the taste is AWFUL. It's bitter and tastes like medicine, where previously it tasted like lemon balm. This is super dissapointing, as it's been a great product previously. The manufacturer really needs to get better at consistency in their formulation.

I take this before bed and it calms the mind and helps with a good nights sleep! I’ve been experimenting with different ways to improve sleep. It’s very effective and tastes great! The serving size is shy of 30 days tho. I ended up buying powdered L-theanine instead to add to my coffee. This is very helpful especially for those who experience anxiety :)

struggled to get the plastic off both the outer box and on the lid of the dropper. they didn't perforate it or anything. i didn't have a knife on hand and it took me forever to get the thing open. never had that problem before, really inconvenient. also i didn't realize it has potassium sorbate which is not great. otherwise it seems fine. grape flavor tastes ok.
